"what a pity!" i murmurd to myslf ovr and ovr again. i flt that th world had bcom cold and vryon smd to b laughing at m.i lov nglish and hav gon all out to study it sinc my first day in th junior middl school. i hav vn dramd of ntring a forign languag institut. so i flt vry sad.just at this tim, i rcivd a short lttr in nglish, saying, "failur is th mothr of succss. chr up! don't los confidnc. kp on your study and you will succd!" i knw it was from th good frind of min.ths words ncouragd m gratly. i forgot all my sadnss. from thn on, i studid nglish vn hardr. in th nxt nglish contst, i got th first priz. of cours, h was dlightd with my succss.i am vry lucky to hav such a good frind. i'm thankful to him for his hlp.
